Tonight

The Long Room

The surround opens out. Longer travel, later settle.

An empty milled recess with a soft warm light resting in it
The recess stays empty until you opt in. Nothing is held back from you while it is.

The seven-night programme

Same machine · different room

Every night in the study runs one of these seven rooms, on a fixed rotation. Each night stands on its own: there is no streak to keep and nothing to catch up on.

    Low Lamp

    Quiet, unpolished brass

  • Tonight — Tuesday

    The Long Room

    Longer travel, later settle

  • Wed

    Brass Hour

    Warm metal, lit from above

  • Thu

    Still Water

    Flat light, slow stop

  • Fri

    Nightfall

    Deep field, one sweep

  • Sat

    The Quiet Vitrine

    Behind glass, every edge

  • Sun

    Last Light

    The lamp cooling to amber

What joining does, and what it never does

What it does

  • Tonight’s room: the light, the finish and the settle all change together.
  • The same one machine, the same manual spin, the same demo credits.
  • A shared occasion — everyone in the research cohort plays the same room.

What it never does

  • No credits are added, and none are taken away.
  • No prize, no redeemable reward and no sweepstakes entry.
  • No leaderboard, no ranking and no payout of any kind.
  • No advantage from joining, from inviting anyone, or from any outcome.
  • No streak to keep, no countdown, and nothing expires.
